Booking & Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.
• Accurate information must be provided at the time of booking.
• Booking confirmations will be sent to the email address provided.
• Rates are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: From 15:00 (3:00 PM)
• Check-out: By 11:00 (11:00 AM)
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
• Valid identification is required at check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate and booking platform used. Please review the specific cancellation terms at the time of booking. Generally:

• Free cancellation is available up to a specified period before check-in.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges.
• Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method.

House Rules

Guests are expected to follow our house rules:

• No smoking inside the property.
• No pets allowed.
• No parties or events.
• Quiet hours: 23:00 - 07:00 (Summer) / 22:00 - 07:30 (Winter)
• Maximum occupancy as specified in the booking must be respected.
• Please keep windows and doors closed when leaving the property.
• Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.

Liability

Space Row is not liable for:

• Loss or damage to personal belongings.
• Injuries occurring on the premises, except where caused by our negligence.
• Service interruptions beyond our control (utilities, internet, etc.).
• Changes to local conditions, attractions, or services.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Space Row and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Heraklion, Crete.
